No feedback on refund

Good day I paid the incorrect amount of money over for my contract account and need it to be paid back. The amount was R10000. I have sent MTN an email, twitter message and facebook message with no feedback with regards to them paying back the money. This is not a small amount and is essential to my budget. My MTN reference is #*** The money was accidentally paid on Sunday the 31st of May 2020.
