No feedback on my query = poor service

<p>I am very unhappy with the service levels I am getting from MTN. </p> <p>I have been a customer since 2009, always upgrading my contract to a bigger one when the time comes and never skipping a payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently requsted to for the amount I would need to pay to cancel my contract and I am being sent around in circles. This is totaly unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>Over two weeks ago I went to a MTN store to request this amount, and I was told they have to send an email to the correct department. Which I understand, but then nothing happened until the next week. I was contacted by the retentions department and I explained why I want to cancel my contract. They then told me I will get feedback within 2 days. That was 9 days ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have in the meantime phoned the 808 number twice and everytime they tell me all they can do is excalate it and it will then be resolved within 24 hours, and yet, nothing has happend.</p> <p> </p> <p>This level of service is just another reminder of why I want to cancel my contract with MTN, ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even with the reference number of ***5, I am unable to get this fast tracked. All this does is give them the ability to see my query and then guess what, escalate it again. </p>
