No feedback on HP dated 15 April 2015

I still haven't received feedback on the HelloPeter report dated 15 April 2015. I won't let it go. I want what I want and will get it. I've pasted it below:<br> <br> <br> So I try calling MTN the whole flipping day but getting cut and by the grace of whoever I'm eventually put through to the rudest consultant there can EVER be! I called in on 28.03.15 asking if I had an amount due and was told not. He says with some irritation in his voice \oh I'm sorry you weren't advised of the amount due."How about a sincere apology? What happened to those (sincere apologies)? Oh no you haven't heard it all"
