No Feedback on escalation, no sevice, no joy

I still have not hadnoromised feedback from my previous complaint escalated directly with customer service nore via Hellopeter. Again I find that my data is removed. Again less than 30 day from loading and not all the data was utilized. Pathetic service is still a complime t by comparison to poor and non existant MTN's service is. What happend to you MTN you used to be great.
