NO FEEDBACK ON COMPLAINTS

I sent a complaints email to *** and *** on the 10th of January 2024 about their products and that I was dissatisfied with them. I haven't received any feedback regards to the complaint. This is just unacceptable behavior from MTN. What then is the proper way of getting good service for your money?
