No Feedback on Claims!
I've submitted my claim on the 10th of July 2015 - to date I've not received any feedback or any response. When phoning the MTN Insurance Call Centre on *** they hang up on you due to network problems! I've been paying my insurance premiums religiously every month and now that I need to claim I get ignored!!! Terrible service!!!!!!
