NO FEEDBACK ON CA COLLECTIONS OR ACCOUNT
On 5 July 2015 I called 808 to cancel my contract as it expired on 4 July. I have had no feedback and the sim card is still active. Will I now be charged for both July and August for the contract? The agent who assisted me clearly said 3 - 5 working days which is now longer than a month ago.

I also submitted a query on 24 June regarding the billing for my secondary contract when I was charged out of bundle rates with no data usage warning (which is a service which is included in my invoice as a Standard Service) - I have had no feedback in this regard and subsequently paid my normal outstanding balance in August. I read the terms on the invoice that queries will only be dealt with 30 days from date of issue - I have indeed contacted MTN within 30 days and have had no feedback in the subsequent 48 days. Can someone please contact me so I know what is happening regarding the out of bundle charges as the July invoice has the same issue.
