No feedback giving me a bad credit name!!!

<p>Once again i have to write on Hello Peter to get feedback from MTN. i have mailed and called the past 2 months to get my final statement. since i have been on MTN the contract portal has never been up to date and the statements are alway behind compared to what i have to pay. you guys have given me a bad credit record although i have paid every single month... i have paid over 44k the last 3 years to mtn and now you are slandering my name and there is nothing i can do to recover my credit record due to you useless people!!!! what is the final balance that i should pay and i want a formal letter from you to clear my name!!!! because of this my entie credit record is moer toe!!</p>
