<p>My account was handed over to Norman Bisset years ago. I’ve been paying these ppl on a monthly bases. However when I called earlier in the year I was informed that MTN too their account back sometime last year. I have emailed both companies numerous times requesting for my statement and no one is coming back to me. When I called MTN I was provided with a statement that belongs to someone else. I believe that I have over paid this company and a refund is due back to me. I will be escalating this to the Ombudsman</p> <p> </p>
