No feedback from mtn cresta

Requested my contract to be canceled on Friday at mtn cresta. The sales consultant Andrew never came back to me. I went to the shop saterday only to be told they can't help me because the wake consultant was off. Phoned the store again today, the consultant was still off and no one can help me. No manager team leader could give me any feedback. Please can some one from the mtn cresta store help me
