No feedback from MTN

I app**** for a Black Friday special contract last week Tuesday (24.11.202) that I need really bad. I need data for my studies. Yesterday (30.11.202) I apl**** again and I haven’t received any feedback. I already have a contract with MTN and I just want to add another one but no one has contacted me or anything. I have never had any problems with MTN so I am really disappointed.
