No feedback from MTN as they promised

I've never had such a terrible experience with MTN I discovered that there was a ********** mtn contract that was taken up on my existing mtn contract.I submitted the required documents and was told I'll get feedback after 21days,even today I havent received feedback Its clear that MTN doesnt care about its customers Worst service provider one could take up a contract with Lucky are those that are not with MTN....I regret why I even joined such a poor service company...
