No feedback from MTN after 15 days!!

Good Day

After recently upgrading I started to notice that my contract bill was much more than what was agreed upon when I upgraded.
On the 8th June 2015 I sent an email to MTN customer care with my bill attached requesting a brief explanation why I was being charged approximately R200 extra a month on top of my subscription even though I stay within my call limit and also why I am still being charged for a 1gig data bundle when I downscaled to a 500mb package.

I received a reference number immediately: N*** [#***9] but did not hear from MTN customer care thereafter. I have sent a follow up email but still nothing.

This is extremely disappointing. Ever since I have upgraded I have been having countless problems with MTN.
MTN's customer care attitude is extremely pathetic, I bet if I cancel my debit order for next month then someone from MTN will contact me immediately.

My next step is to cancel my MTN contract after being with them for approximately 5 years and move over to a network that can provide an actual service to customers.
