No Feedback from insurance Claim

<p>my cellphone was ****** on the 25th and i immediatley reported to mtn and completed the insurance claim form and gave mtn fourways all details by monday the 27th and up to now i have not got any feedback from insurance regarding this claim. This is very disappointing considering i have nerve missed any installment and just as effeciemtly as i pay my insurance premium why not an effective service. Even car insurance takes at most 4 days.</p>
