no feedback concerning monthly minutes but they make no mistake on debiting other peoples account

I called mtn since Tuesday concerning the monthly minutes, data , sms's that were not sent and still today they have not given any feedback concerning that . they know how to debit but don't take care of their customers when a query is logged.. they keep on telling that the minutes can show from their side and funny part is when *141# is dialled there are no minutes showing .. bad service ..
