No feedback, but take your money

<p>I've been having problems getting answers from MTN about my cell phone they need to repair. The phone was collected in May 2016 and after numerous calls and e-mails, I still have not heard anything back from them. I supp**** all documents they needed, but still no answer. Each time you call, you wait for more than 30min and then they cut you off. You send mails by the dozens, just to be read or deleted without reading it, but no reply to whats going on. I've previously placed a complaint on Hello Peter and I'm still waiting for someone from MTN to call me. I even posted on their Facebook. What else must I do to get a reply. </p>
