No Feedback - Second report on Hello Peter -Cellphone Number not available when dialed from certain landlines numbers.

Have been contacted by MTN (Alice van der Merwe ), who promised me the technical department would call me and still after a further 3 weeks the issue has not been resolved. I'm paying for a service that I cannot fully utilize. Very Disappointing & frustrating!!!

Why wont MTN help me and provide a service that I am paying for??? I believe I should be re-reimbursed for this.
