No feedback and poor service.

Horrible service. Went to upgrade my daughter's phone the 2nd of June. We were promised that the handset will be ordered Thursday morning the 3rd of June and delivered to store on the 4th of June on her birthday. Unfortunately the handset was never delivered and no feedback was given or communicated in regards to delayed orders and or stock availibility, and my daughter did not receive her birthday gift. I called the store 4 times on Saturday the 6th, no one is able to provide feedback, and now all of a sudden the subscriber you have dailed ia not available wben you call the store in Kimberley Diamond Pavillion Mall I was informed by Sylvia that they only place big orders on a Monday. Over promise and under deliver... Reference ***.
