No Feedback and i cannot receive incoming calls on my Cell Phone

To Whom It May Concern

I called MTN on 135 on the 4th of June 2020 to have my MTN contract cancelled on Cell Number *** and moved over to Prepaid – Ref Number:*** and I called again on the 10th of June 2020 ,as this was still not done received Ref Number: ***. To date nothing has been done on Mtn’s side to assist me with my request, therefore I will be cancelling my debit order with bank.
