No Feedback and Contract Cancelled

So on the 26th of September i receive a call from summer mobile that is providing cellphones on behalf of MTN The Sales person Advised me that they have stock of my upgrade. I still asked if they were sure due to MTN not having Stock I get A Sms now on the 10 of october saying my upgrade is complete and now my current service has been suspended so im still waiting for my upgrade after the person promised it would be here latest 7 days

False information was given and now my service is suspended due to *********** employees looking to make sales

PATHETIC SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!

Get this sorted out i cant even put my cellphone number in this as how the heck will they get hold of me
