No feedback after incorrectly being handed over

Its been more than a month that request was sent to credit bureau according to mtn but so far no updates are reflecting causing an inconvenience for me. I have complained on Hellopeter and the responses are useless. I need a formal letter from mtn that this matter is resolved and closed. Mtn handed me over without ever contacting me about so called default. No that I have proven the matter incorrect they still dont have decency to contact me. Again I need a formal letter confirming resolution asap.
