No feedback after face to face meeting

I have been trying to find out why my night express data bundle has not been activated on any of my three data contracts. After about three months of using all avenues to complain, near end Feb, I at last got a face to face meeting with MTN staff at their head office. They agreed my night express wallet was not activated and would do so or tell me why it can't be activated. Since then nothing. No response to emails, no response to threats to go to small claims court, nothing, nada, niks. Seems MTN have perfected stone walling...
