No feedback about repairs to phone
I'm not getting any positive feedback about my phone which went in for repairs in October already.

We note however that the details of the handset have been left out i.e. the Job card number or the IMEI number for the handset in question for us to view the history of repairs and advice accordingly. You can however contact the High Volume Repair Centre on *** for a full fault report.
