<p>I had a contract phone which was handed over to VVM, but I managed to fully pay the account last year September already. To only find out when I got my Trans Unoin credit report that the account has been handed over again after paying them.</p> <p>I then spoke to a man by the name of Andre who sent an email to trans unoin to update my details and I also advised that I do not want the account and want it to be closed since i have paid them up.</p> <p>I fail to understand why this account is still with their Legal department..... </p>
