No FEEDBACK

I have been requesting a cancellation amount since 18th November on my Existing MTN Contract.
Each and every time i call i am told to email the customer care department or retentions yet i receive no feedback in response to my emails!
All i want is the cancellation amount and process i need to follow to ensure my contract gets cancelled and moved to prepaid. i will also be porting from MTN as i can not deal with this pathetic service from the service provider i've been so loyal to for many years.
