After numerous attempts to get my settlement amount from Mtn without any success, i do not know what or where to go regarding this. Last week monday the 28th of September i finally got thru to the accountants department without the call being dropped, the lady i spoke to said the quotation will be e-mailed or they will call me witin 4-24 hours. Im stil waiting for the response. i just need my settlement amount to cancel my contract. Please advise on the way forward. Ref number ***
