No feedback
In the last 2 weeks I have made 2 complaints. The first was data just disappearing.On reporting this to the call centre and receiving a reference number I am told that they are experiencing problems with data and I will be contacted within 72 hours but I am still waiting.<br> The second complaint is in relation to a wifi modem which became faulty after 4 months.The shop would not replace it but sent it for repairs.....again no feedback.<br> <br>

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes.
According to our records the data has been depleting correctly there are no abnormalities and the usage is due to Facebook, whatsapp, instagram and you tube usage.
With regards to the modem the consultants from East gate have advised that the sim reader is damaged and they had to send it for repairs.
