NO FEEDBACK

3rd of August 2015. Mr. A Van Vuuren requested a billing query (ref***)on cell number *** witch is was a 5 gig data contract, he was billed in April for R9973.45 where as the March billing was R600.00. May June AND July also had shocking amounts that was billed. (R4387.56 / 3776.66 and 4689.52) We got NOOOOO feedback from the billing deptm regarding the query. We emailed over and over to customer care and all that they say is SORRY for the inconvenience and sending different reference numbers.- BUT NO RESOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM. Customer care and the complaints department gave NOOOOO feedback. Mr. Van Vuuren requested several times the itemised billing for the months of April, May, June and July and accepted the R25 that will be billed for this report.... BUT NO report was received. Even if you go into the link for the account you cannot access the itemised billing for this data contract. Even tough Mr Van Vuuren accepted to pay the R25. This data contract is being used in a private home by 2 people, it is nearly impossible for them to use more than 5 gig. WE HEREBY REQUEST AN IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION INTO THIS ACCOUNT WITH CELL PHONE DATA CONTRACT ***
