How many different ways do I have to contact MTN before they let me know if my phone is being fixed or not?

I took my phone in for repairs at the WIC in PE on June 12th. When I returned on Monday, June 15th, the assistant told me that the repairs would cost me R1900. I filled in the forms for the insurance claim and was told that it would take 3-5 working days to process my claim. That was the last time I heard from MTN.

I have been without a phone for nearly a month now and I'm at my wits' end with MTN. I have no backup phone or number for people to reach me on, so my only means of communication is social media.

I called the number on the job card, but the automated answering service promptly hung up on me after giving a message about service times. I emailed the address on the job card, but haven't gotten a response 2 weeks later.

I then resorted to tweeting MTN, to which they never responded either.
Finally, I complained on the MTN Facebook page and was told by the page's admin to inbox my problem.
They never rep**** to my inbox either!

They have my email to send me a bill every month, so why is it so difficult to take that same email address and HELP ME?
I AM BEYOND LIVID!
