NO FEEDBACK
I have been trying to call MTN Direct because I want to PORT my number. I was given this number *** to call but no one picks up. I called this number three times already and I kept holding for way more than an HOUR. What makes things worse, this is a charging number and I get charged every time I make a call. I cannot afford to be holding for this long just to be provided with a service. I wonder if this is not a deliberate attempt from MTN to stop people from porting by not answering their phones. this service is really UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
