My query to your on 25 April 2018 is still not answered "l still don't understand how a full month and pro rata can be R274.15. Two full months alone should be at the most R89 +R 89 = R178.00. With the pro rata it should be less???????? the first account still does not make sense. The account is also riddled with recurring int, subs fee, connection charge, fee discount, service fee and connection discount. Is the account made up of pro rata+current and advanced recoveries. Kindly specify in detail how this account was made up. The contract does not specify all the extra/hidden costs. The consultant also did not tell me about the extra/hidden costs. It is also unjust and unfair not to warn the client of the hidden costs. Kindly also make sure that my invoice should be emailed to ********** no E ********** 29; acc no A ********** ; inv date 11/3/2018
