No feedback
Phoned last week and twice again this for legal department to call me because i would like to settle my account and close it off. Never received any responds and when i call they tell me i cant be transferred to legal so how will i ever whats happening with the accounts if they not willing to give me any feedback.

It is only through these concerns being brought to our attention that we can identify and address areas that need our urgent attention.
Kindly be advised that the legal team has removed the legal status in your account as payment has been received. We also notice that they have already sent through a request for cancellation to our retentions department on your behalf.
For prompter assistance, kindly call 808 (from an MTN contract sim) or *** (from other sim cards) and select "Option 4" from the voice menu to be transferred to the cancellations department.
We sincerely hope that this is in order and hope that we are able to restore your faith in us.
