No feedback

I went to MTN on Tuesday to apply for a new contract and was advised by the sales person Evan that the application process takes 2-24 hours. I had advised Evan to take my marriage certificate as well because I needed it when I app**** for my contract with Vodacom and he told me it was not necessary.

I then received and email yesterday at 10:32 (24 hours later) to request for the marriage certificate. Although frustrated I sent the documents. I then spoke to Mantadi whom advised that they would let me know about the process. I have made numerous calls to the branch and even left messages for my calls to be returned but to no avail. I have asked Mantadi to escalate the issue as this has now become ridiculous. The email response said that they would receive feedback in 4 business hours.

48 hours later after my 3rd call to the store I am still being told that they are processing!! Why is the process taking this long??

My application for a home loan took less than 24 hours!!!
