I have received 3 messages saying that MTN has billed me 3 times for my phone in October. I have emailed them, inboxed them numerous times on fb and spoken to a lady in one of the branches who said I must wait for response to my email. .... I have had no response at all to any of my queries. It is 9 days since I sent the first query. It is pointless trying to phone them as it is impossible to get through. I want my money bac**** Shocking service. I am not at all impressed.

We do not pick up on the account that the debit order was debited 3 times in October. Only one debit for requested R198.99 and was debited 31-10-2017 please refer back to your bank statements.
No refund due for cell ***
