No end to MTN's dishonesty
After much hassle, I decided to migrate to pre-paid in February; to stop MTN from helping themselves to my money via the debit order that I signed. Last night [7 March 2016], I checked my availability and I had a balance of fifty-odd Rand.
This morning I tried to call my wife from OR Tambo airport to be informed that I did not have sufficient money to make a call. When I checked my balance I had twenty-seven odd rand.

Within thirty minutes, my balance was down to six rand and six cents -- without haven't made a call!

When I landed in Durban, I had a zero balance. At 15h05 I loaded R180 and boarded a flight [MN660] to Johannesburg. When I landed back at OR Tambo [50 minutes later] my balance was R 105.54 -- which means that I must have made R 74.46 worth of calls while I was in the air!

I don't think so, MTN! Stop your thieving already! I realize that you have to pay a huge fine to the Nigerian government...this dishonesty is not acceptable.

Could ICASA please investigate MTN's thievery?
