No e-mails teh whole day

I haven't received any e-mails the whole day, there are several people that have e-mailed me but nothing is in my mailbox. i even sent myself e-mails from my other Gmail and my wife's but nothing has come through. This is the e-mail i use for work related issues and I am loosing out. A call to the helpz center is useless as i keep tossed to the Technical department and never get to connect with anyone or the phone gets cut off after that transfer to teh technical department
