No Disclosure!

Bought a new Huawei phone (P40 Lite), but MTN did not disclose that GMS is not available on this phone. According to the Consumer Act, all information regarding the product should be disclosed... With new developments for working at home, this phone is useless... I would like to keep my contract, but change the phone.
