No Devices received after upgrade

No device received On the 17th of May I did an upgrade with the call center upgrade department and received my MTN contract and confirmation of delivery but to date I have not received the device .I keep calling MTN and they say that Mobile Plus gave me the Contract. MTN also contacted them via email and gave me a reference number *** for this. This was on the 18th of June. Then I contacted the customer care center for MTN and got another reference number ***9. They promised that they will contact me after trying to find out what happened to the contract. As yet, nobody called me back!! I called MTN 3 times this morning and in the end got a reference number again. Saying that the supervisor will contact me. (Ref ***) I would like to find out from MTN why am I not getting the device I app**** for with them although it is a third party that helped me with this.
