No device but still paying the bill unacceptable

<p>On the 13/04/17 I sent through a review abou my Huawei g7 and the fact that it is damaged beyond repair but no one is letting me know when I. Will be getting another device. It's be over 2 weeks. Mike did call me when he 1st read my complaint but til now no one else has called me. I find this abhorrent because my payment is still going off for a device I do not have. Must I wait until my contract ends before something is done. Pathetic service. I need another device now, not 3 weeks from when I sent my phone in for repairs. Something needs to be done </p>
