No delivery yet charged
<p>I ordered 2 contract phones for my kids for Christmas from MTN. Since there was no communication from them I bought 2 phones and got pay as you go sim cards. </p> <p>I then started getting charged for the 2 two contracts since march, even though it was not delivered. What makes matters worst I phoned them several times reporting the issue, yet the debit order is taken off my account every month. They have checked and confirmed that the courier company had returned the phones, and that it was never delivered.</p> <p>Call references ********** 79, ********** 35, ********** 72</p>
