NO DELIVERY SINCE 15 AUG BUT I HAVE BEEN BILLED R255
Good day
I have been waiting for my parcel since 15th Aug 2017. To my surprise I have been billed for R255 and some odd cents however I have not yet received my parcel.
This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
