No delivery or feedback
I placed an order online (upgrade) on 2 August 2018. Received an sms confirming my upgrade. Data put in my sim card same day. This I have seen via my app. I waited till the 12th. Phoned Mtn and caller said she would contact me. It’s the 14th and I haven’t received an email or sms No tracking number or any follow up correspondence. Do I sit around waiting until this finally arrives ? I do have a job and cannot around indefinitely. And what is the delivery time. ? 10 days or 10 weeks. This is ridiculous.
