No delivery on order for a month

I have app**** for a tablet with keyboard cover and s pen for R429 a month on the 25th of Feb and got approved they are only waiting for stock its a month today that i am still waiting for it to be delivered everytime i call in they only make up stories about why i still dont have my tablet combo
