No delivery of tablets through courier
Its been weeks now since delivery was expected of 2 tablets. . Every time i phone I am told it has been handed to the couriers and have once even been put through to the mounties, but still no delivery. Every time I phone the call centre keepz me on hold for 15 to 30 minutes.
MTN service is really deteriorating and after being a client for many years I am considering taking my business elsewhere.
