No Delivery of Handset

Can someone at MTN please assist as this is ridiculous now. I have upgraded my contract on the 3rd of August. MTN first said the delivery will take 3-5 working days. Then after 5 days i contacted MTN again to ask where is the handset. They then told me no they switched couriers and it will take 7-10 working days. Yes this is way passed that. I then received a call about a week ago from MTN asking if i received anything or a phone call. I stated that i have not received anything and the consultant phoned the courier and he told me that they are doing some data migration and they are having problems. But when i phoned the couriers they said no such thing happened and that they have not received any instructions on where and when and whom the package is for. So ive tried to contact the MTN call centre and they are transferring all over the place and no one is very helpful even transferring me to the courier services again. I asked MTN on Facebook for help and there is no one replying.
