NO DELIVERY OF CELLPHONE

Upgraded on 28/07/2017. 17/08/2017 Still no phone. MTN advises they changed systems and couriers. I called them numerous times and the latest is DSV needs to make arrangement to deliver my Handset... WHEN??? Everyone seems to be complaining regarding this. MTN why are you failing your clients?? I already received my 10GB but no Phone.
