No delivery for almost a month

So much incompetence I can’t even begin to describe how they just made me call all the client service numbers after they haven’t delivered my package for more the 3 weeks and I have to pay for a month I didn’t even use their services please don’t fall into the trap of getting into a contract with this service provider they just ***********.
