No delivery, false promises, no idea

I bought an iPhone 6 128gb on Tuesday through MTN via the phone and was promised delivery in 2-3 working days. The only reason I need this phone is because my iPhone 6's screen became unresponsive and I can't live without a phone while I send this in. Anyways, per sms delivery was announced and promised Thursday. Thursday i get a call that RTT couriers only deliver to Plettenberg Bay on Friday and Wednesday so I had to wait another day. 4:15pm on Friday still no phone. RTT tell me the phone is not with them. After calling MTN 5x and being given multiple different numbers I have had enough. I will buy the phone in cash on the weekend and have it shipped overnight on Monday. MTN you can cancel the phone. Actually, I am now contemplating to also cancel my entire contract. Had I known this I could have bought my new phone on Tuesday when I wasted my time with you and had it Wednesday. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING! Don't even bother to call me after this complaint! Just cancel the whole thing, I do not want to talk to you!
