No Delivery and No Reason

I was contacted by Mtn Mondo and did application with them since i have a great relationship with Mtn. My application was approved and was called by DSV to arrange delivery and i made it for the 9 May but no one called or delivered. I then called the courier company they then arranged delivery for today. I called the courier company today to re comfirm if they coming and I was advised that MTN Has given instruction for parcel to be sent back.

I have called Mondo and Mtn both to get the reason for this and no one can give me a reason. I'm very disappointed at this treatment
