No delivery and customer expectations not met - MTN

Poor service. I upgraded my device and was promised a device, galaxy watch , minutes and data as per a black Friday MTN sky package. Its been 3 months. My upgrade has not been completed instead its has been cancelled without me being notified. If I apply for a new contract now its going to cost more than double of what it would have costed with the black Friday special.
